Cushman & Wakefield announced the successful sale and financing of One Camelback, a 163-unit luxury residential tower located at the iconic intersection of Central Avenue and Camelback Road in Phoenix’s Uptown district. The firm advised both the acquisition and construction completion financing on behalf of Kinella Capital.

Once complete, One Camelback will feature 163 luxury residences averaging 980 square feet, alongside 10,725 square feet of ground-floor retail and a five-level subterranean parking garage. The residences are designed with floor-to-ceiling windows offering sweeping city and mountain views, 10.5- to 11-foot ceilings, exposed concrete finishes, quartz waterfall-edge kitchens, spa-inspired bathrooms, walk-in closets with custom built-ins, and full smart-home integration.

Reclaiming a Prominent Phoenix Landmark

Long regarded as one of Phoenix’s most anticipated redevelopment efforts, One Camelback reached substantial completion before construction was paused. With Kinella Capital’s acquisition and capitalization, the project is now moving through its final phase and reclaiming its role as Uptown’s only luxury high-rise residence.

A Cushman & Wakefield Equity, Debt & Structured Finance team of David Karson, Megan Schmitt, and Mitch Rothstein arranged the financing. Steven Nicoluzakis and David Fogler represented Kinella Capital in the acquisition. Post Road Group of Stamford, Connecticut, provided the capital solution supporting the transaction.
